Servicing
If your bike rattles, creaks or doesn’t quite perform as it should, it's probably time to pop in for a service. Some quicker jobs may be completed while you wait, you could even grab some lunch or a coffee downstairs at our 'The Sober Parrot Cafe'.

Other Repairs or Workshop Tasks
We have listed the typical service/repair items you might expect from your local bike workshop but we are here to help with any issues you may have. From simply replacing an inner tube or tyre, adjusting your seat post, bars or stem, fitting a new part you may have purchased or completing a complete bespoke build, we can undertake all bike works on request. If you would like advice or support please do not hesitate to contact us. All works are completed by our qualified mechanic where appropriate. We will call, text or e-mail you to seek approval for replacing any parts before proceeding. The replaced faulty parts will be returned to you for inspection if requested.
Workshop Events
We will be offering workshop tutorials where you can join us in the workshop to watch our mechanic complete simple tasks, which you may prefer to complete yourself in the future. From fitting & sealing tubeless tyres, replacing gear or brake cables to adjusting brakes & gears to ensure smooth operation. You can now explore all of our in house workshop services. We have shown the key features of each service so you can easily compare and find the correct one to suit you.
Once you have chosen your service, you can pick a convinient date to drop your bike off. Fill in your details and any helpful notes about your bike eg; I think my bottom bracket is creaking. Now press 'Book my bike in' and you are done.
We may contact you to confirm the details. All payments are still taken in store, so don't worry if you are unsure which service to click on, just use your best guess, we won't charge you yet.
When you are in store we will check over the bike and confirm the service is correct for you.
Example service: 'The General Works' - Sometimes called a Silver Service, includes; inspection of bicycle, general clean, inner Brake + gear cables replaced, brake bleeding/adjustment, gears indexed, hubs adjusted for freeplay, wheel truing, all bolts torqued to correct spec, tyres inflated to correct PSI and fitting of up to 3 parts.
